i just take a teaspoon either in the morning or night, depending on when i remember to take it. its only been a few weeks of using the product but i do feel healthier overall. plus i know bee pollen is very nutritious and packed with amino acids. this kind of bee pollen seems legit!

Hello, im 14, i want to be a bodybuilder so im looking for stuff that would help me lift better. I usually take this product with a protein smoothie so that the smoothie flavors can over power the bad taste, but this product is great, except for the bad taste, but it gives me allot of energy, and i could lift allot more, i would usually squat about 70 lbs just because i was tired, but with this i could squat about 200 lbs, and my muscles feel better, im guessing because it rises your testostorone levels because it has hormones, but im not sure
