Health Notes

Goji Berry

Goji Berry
This nutrient has been used in connection with the following health goals
  • Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
  • Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
  • For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.

Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.

For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.

This supplement has been used in connection with the following health conditions:

Goji berries are also a rich source of zeaxanthin, a carotenoid that when consumed becomes concentrated in the macular pigment of the eye and may help protect the retina.1, 2 Both human and monkey studies have shown that consuming goji berries or extracts high in zeaxanthin raises blood levels of zeaxanthin,3, 4, 5, 6 but only animal research has verified that goji berry consumption increases macular pigment, and no research has looked at whether goji berries provide protection from diseases of the retina.

Comments about VPX® Redline Extreme® - Triple Berry:

I used this product in the morning and before workouts. A little pricey for twice-a-day use, but gives a boost right away, even when you feel like you're gonna fall asleep. Make sure to have a snack before or else you will feel nausea.

Comments about VPX® Redline Extreme® - Triple Berry:

I went into my GNC one day to look for a kind of quick fix for the gym. Well point blank i love this stuff! I was extremely energetic at the gym, but only stayed for a little over an hour then went home and begun to feel jittery. I ate a little something a began to feel better, so I will definitly buy more only if i can stay at the gym to work some of the energy off. I followed the directions and done half the bottle and my dad done the only half and we both loved it. So definitly try it if you have the time to put in the work or if you just need it to keep you running thru out the day!

Comments about VPX® Redline Extreme® - Triple Berry:

I just went down today to my local GNC to look for Redline XTREME. My frinds recomended it to me, and I finaly got time to get one. Compared to the price and effectiveness of other energy drinks on sale at the corner store, this is worth the extra [$] cents. A will buy in the future.Your's Truely,Ifyoucanreadthis
