    I have used many sleeping aid pills. Some have been addictive and some leave me drowsy even after waking up. After using Melatonin GNC Brand, I have found it helps sleep better, non addictive and wake up rested and ready for my daily routines, no side effects.

        Perfect supplement for those who have trouble falling asleep! I work early mornings (4am), so falling asleep at 8 can be difficult. The product takes about 20-30 minutes to work, and I get a good nights' rest, and with the price, it's a definite must buy!

        My 30 year old son tried it an said it did nothing . Then husband tried it and was snoring on the couch in 20 minutes or fast asleep soon other days . He says he then wakes up at 3 am . I am thinking a sustained release form would be better. Husband also says some times he feels "funny" in the morning . Not great but worth a try . Probably best when traveling time zones to reset your sleeping schedule.

          I take one pill at bedtime to help me sleep better through the night. Before I started taking this pill I would constantly wake up during the night and not feel rested in the morning; so I would be dragging all day long. This helps me get a better night's sleep. I still wake up from time to time; but not as often and fall back to sleep quicker. I feel much more rested and energetic in the morning. From what I've read this is a safe product with no side effects; it is replacing what my body should be producing on its own.
