HOW
In a shaker bottle
Fill a shaker bottle with 200 ml (about 6 oz.) of room temp/tepid water. Add 2 level scoops and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Add 500-600 ml (16-20 oz.) of cold water and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
In a blender
Vitargo S2 can be combined with your favorite post-training blender concoction - protein powder, BCAAs, cinnamon powder, etc. and your favorite liquid. For best results add 2 level scoops to a blender drink while it's on and blending.

watch this video I love how I recover at such a rapid pace and that is due to the virago doing its job compared to any other carb it is so frekin fast at hydrating me.

There are so many products out there which offer claims to bring your performance throught the roof. In reality, if all these claims were true, they would either A) Make Everyone superathletes and nobody would ever have to train and we would all be world champions in their respective sports, or B) Contain anabolic steroids.

With all these claims on the market, it is easy to look at Vitargo as being some overpriced powdered pixie dust. Until you use it, you will not realize how much of a performance advantage it provides. Due to having a unique carbohydrate structure, it is able to pass through the stomach faster than any other carbohydrate availible. It is the best recovery product I have ever used. When taken after I train, I mix it with my BCAA, Whey protein isolate, and creatine. Vitargo does the best job of any supplement indelivering these critical anabolic nutrients to the muscle. After doing a hard day of strength training and then using Vitargo, I feel worlds better the next day than if I do not. It is amazing.
All in all, while there is NO supplement which is going to replace a proper training regimen, Vitargo does an awesome job of supporting your energy and recovery needs which will allow for you to train harder on back-to-back days which will make you a beast!
