I use my Blender bottle along with my GNC total Lean shake mix & just add water (& sometimes a little yogurt) & I'm good 2 go!! The secret is the blender ball whisk--soo effective! Quick, neat, east 2 clean, delish!

I purchased this for myself during the "sale" and my son "acquired" (nice name for STOLE) it and has been using it since! GRR! ; ) I'll be stopping in my local GNC to purchase another one for myself.
Works perfectly to mix protein powder (we use the awesome tasting Syntha-6) and water or milk without the "chunks" some drinks end up with or gritty taste.

This Shaker bottle leaks when trying to mix your protein powder. Very annoying when it starts spilling on you ,especially right after a workout when you are still sweaty.
