I have used numerous plastic (and one glass) containers made specifically for nutrition or protein shakes. ALL of them failed in one fashion or another. Mostly they leaked. found this one and LOVE it. The lid snaps on securely and the metal blender ball really does the trick. I have two; one at home and one in my office. Makes blending my protein shakes a breeze! And it's just the right size.

Very well made and dishwasher safe. I have yet to meet something I cannot shake up well with this.

I use my shaker every day and i love it. it mixes everything every time, no sludge left in the bottom. i bought one for my sister as part of a package for her birthday and she loves hers too!! i only wish i could pick out my own color since now i have like 5 and most of them are blue, but it's ok, i still love them all!

I have used it mainly for y GNC shakes, but have also used it for making Watkins gravy that is premeasured.Just add water and mix. This cup is easy to use and clean. I have not found anything bad about it yet besides not having more cups

Very sturdy little bottle. Big enough to hold whatever I used it for. I have used it for pre-workout drinks like Jack3d, whey protein shakes, and Amino-X. Mixes everything I have put in there very well. Easy to clean.
