The fruit punch flavor is surprisingly good. Dark Matter is the best product on the market. I have cycled on and off the product numerous and have always had the same results. Greatly reduces muscle soreness. I take immediately after my workouts.

I have used this for over a week now and I can feel the difference. After a hard leg workout, I was not sore and it assists in building muscle. The fast carbs combined with the whey hydroslate creatine, and amino acids mean that this is great for immediate post-workout to get the nutrients one needs to recover. Just try!!!!

I've been through 2 tubs of this in both the Blue Raspberry and Fruit Punch and although I would agree with many of the other reviews that Dark Matter helps you from being sore, there are many other cheaper alternatives that are as effective if not better than this. I started taking this when I was very skinny and needed to put weight/muscle on. It did help for that part, but then again I feel like most other post-workouts would have worked just as the same. Upon gaining muscle and mass is where I began to barely see any results. I've seen that many other users have said that it helps with keeping you full until your meal, but in my case I was hungry roughly 20 minutes later and had to wait bc you are supposed to wait until an hour after you drink this to eat your post-workout meal or another shake. It does help highly with preventing you from being sore but this was the only aspect that I found worked. I did like the taste too because of it's unique texture almost like a sludge. However, for the price of this there are numerous products such as creatine mixed with whey or just a good post-workout meal that do the trick just as well. If you feel like you want to give it a go, try getting it during Gold Week for it's not as expensive.

Dark Matter is insane! Before i got this, after my workouts i feel weak and sore. After using it once i got a complete recovery and was ready for more! No soreness atall even after the next day. I started seeing results alot faster too. And the taste is great compared to other protein shakes, it kind of taste like delaware punch. Post-workout shakes dont get any better than Dark Matter.

A good post workout drink that keeps you from getting hungry until your next meal. Did not experience problems with recovery, but I felt ready for another hour of workout after drinking this shake. Best results when taken within 30 minutes after workout session.
