The best tasting of the MHP products. Dark Matter is incredible in reducing muscle soreness. My favorite product and my favorite flavor. Take immediately after workout and don't eat anything for 30 minutes.

I work out 3 to 4 times a week taking a day between workouts - Following the workout I mix up the Dark Matter which eliminates the next day fatigue and soreness after intense workouts. I think its a great product !

I purchased dark matter after hearing people rave about how much mass they put on by taking it. At this time, I was a skinny kid with not much muscle mass so I decided to give it a go. Upon completing the first tub I did gain some mass which made me even out more, but that's about all that it did. I'll also go as far as saying it's a very good recovery shake that keeps you from being sore the next day(s) but as far as the "best pre-workout shake" it is far from this. Upon gaining some mass I completely stopped gaining any weight or muscle even after buying a brand new rub and using that all. I have also seen that many people are saying this helps with keeping you full until dinner or whatnot and this wasn't that case at all for me. I would take the shake immediately after working out, which is what the label directs, then would be hungry 15-20 minutes later but had to wait until the full hour to get "the best results." For the price of Dark Matter I would recommend not buying this and just sticking to whey protein, creatine, etc. There are far better post-workout shakes or even a good post-workout meal that can give you the same, if not better results.
