I take two caplets each day. I started taking this about 5 years ago for the arthritis pain in my feet. I no longer have any pain in my feet and as a wonderful side effect, my skin is not so dry. I used to get cracked and bleeding fingers during the winter months and when gardening. I have not had a crack on my fingers since I first started taking the shark cartilage. Awesome product!

I was having problems with arthritis in my hands and started taking this product. I have no more pain. You do need to take it on a consistant basis otherwise your pain will come back. But it does work very well.

I bought this supplement for my mother, who has joint and heel pain. About a week or so after she started taking the Shark cartilage, she tells me she has felt a considerable improvement in her joints and her pain is gone. At least for now.

I started taking it after I got diagnosed with lumbar herniated disk, this supplement in addition with joint care supplements has demonstrated to improve all my joints including my disks. It has no side effects and it is very easy to consume. After being in intense pain, taking morphine and hydroxycodon I managed to stop my medications and just stay with daily supplements including this one.
