Bitter taste with bad aftertaste - didn't feel much real energy, perhaps a bit jittery - but felt tired within a few hours. Seems like it's just caffeine but no extended duration or control.

Tried 5Hour ENERGY "SEVERAL,SEVERAL"times, spent "SEVERAL,SEVERAL,SEVERAL" dollars trying to give it a chance to work.NEVER,EVER has worked!! How long do you wait after drinking product before you should feel some energy or ability to focus? I've waited from 25 minutes to 2 hours with out taking anything before or after drinking the "5 Hr Energy". There are really NO instructions on how to take product!! I even tried 2 bottles at a time-does NOTHING! Are you suppose drink it on empty stomach-I did that every time and waited,waited and waited for NOTHING.I am 5ft 3inches tall,weigh 116 pounds-It has never done anything!I've been in medical profession for 30 years,am very carefull on how I take things--AM SO DISSAPPOINTED.
