I get heartburn and an upset stomach in general pretty frequently, and I hate taking pepto or tums because of the taste and the chalkiness. After I worked at GNC for several months, people were coming in swearing by the papaya, and I decided to try it. It works great, and there's no chalkiness to it. The only con that I've EVER seen is that it doesn't last for more than a few hours...at best. My upset stomach would return, but that's mostly due to the fact that I have chronic stomach issues that won't be fixed overnight. I'm back in Afghanistan, and the food here gives me stomach issues pretty often here, but the papaya takes care of it very quickly.
