I'm not lactous intolerent but have simular problems with hard protiens found in milk, peanut butter. I've found using this product I can again eat them in moderation. 3-4 tablets after each serving or sprinkled over icecream. Hope you find that it works for you. Enjoy!

I only been taking it for almost 3 weeks, that is the only reason I didn't give it 5 Stars. So far it seems to prevent the bloating I get with most foods, but not all. I'm currently taking only 6 a day not the max of 9 so that could be why.

I use papaya enzyme when I am nauseous or have an upset stomach or stomach pain. It is usually helpful. It also tastes great, which is a bonus!

I'm 51 and have struggled with constipation. My son brought these chewables home and encouraged me to try it, which after a couple of weeks of delay I did. After a week or so on these tiny little pills I'm already off the Senokot, which I've been using once or twice a week for years. Increasing fiber never worked for me, it seemed to compound my problem, and I've always wanted an alternative to the laxative. My stomach has gone flat, and I have that fresh daily evacuated feel. I take 3 or 4 night and morning, usually before a meal but I'm not sure it really matters when it's taken. Try it!
