Phosphatidylserine
Phosphatidylserine- Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
- Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
- For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.
Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.
For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.

After reading about the effects of cortisol (stress hormone) on the body during hard dieting and after workouts I asked my local GNC owner about limiting the effects. He put me on to this product. He told me it takes about 600 mg to be effective. After about a week, I began to see better definiton in my arms and chest. After a month, I began to see my abs more clearly. Great product if you can afford it.

Comments about GNC Phosphatidyl Serine 300:
I have Narcolepsy and someone recommended this as a replacement for the Adderall I have to take to stay awake. I took 2 a day for about 3 months and it did help me stay awake a bit, but I quit taking it because at $80/month, it was kinda pricey. I had been having some trouble catching a lot of errors at work (I was only catching them about 50% of the time). I noticed that I had greatly improved to catching them about 97% of the time. I didn't attribute it to this supplement until I got off of it. That's when I went back to only catching errors about 50% of the time. Then it dawned on me that this supplement was making me A LOT sharper and my memory was a great deal better!! When I think back, I realize it had pretty drastic results. I just wasn't looking for them. And I wasn't even taking it for that reason. I'm definitely going to start taking it again, but just 1 a day.

Comments about GNC Phosphatidyl Serine 300:
A doctor recommended this to me so I figured I would try it. My friends and family would kid me about being absent minded or having limited memory. After taking this for roughly 1 month I definitely see a difference, without question. It does take about a month to gear up though. This product is good and worth the money. Have been taking for several months now.

Comments about GNC Phosphatidyl Serine 300:
It was recommended to me by a GNC staff member to take this along with triple stregnth fish oil daily, to help improve memory and sharpness. The combination works fast and works great. I do notice a difference if I run out and don't take it for a few days though.
