Therapeutic baths are an age-old remedy used for relaxation, detoxification and to aid poor circulation. Our 100% natural bath salts are a blend of pure dried sea salt (to help draw out impurities), epsom salts (to relax muscles), carefully chosen herbs and armoatherapy-grade essential oils from around the world.

Supplement Facts

Use in the shower or bath. For a 20-minute therapeuticbath–pour 1 to 2 handfuls of salts into warm bath water; swirl to mix; justadd you (or a friend). For a salt rub that leaves skin glowing–mix a handfulof salts with just enough water or oil to moisten, and massage into dampskin. Rinse off in the shower or simply sink into the tub.
