To assess your individual tolerance to the ergogenic matrix, combine 1/2 scoop of Purple Wraath with 4 oz. of water and consume it before, during and/or after you workout. Shake well before drinking.
Directions for Usage:
Combine 1-2 scoops with 20-40 oz of water, and consume it pre-workout or over an extended period of time (pre-workout, during your workout, and post-workout). Shake well before drinking. For best results, this product should be used in conjunction with other Controlled Labs products, with at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, and a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.

Eleven of these amino acids can be made by the body itself, while the other nine (called essential amino acids) must come from the diet. The essential amino acids are isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, and valine. Another amino acid, histidine, is considered semi-essential because the body does not always require dietary sources of it. The nonessential amino acids are arginine, alanine, asparagine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glutamine, glutamic acid, glycine, proline, serine, and tyrosine. I take this product (2 scoops) before workout with 20 oz of water i like that it does give me energy and provides other things that helps my mood and helped my endurance alot. The only thing thats prob a down side is the taste what i mean by that the flavor is there but its not the best tasting but tolerable. and so far giving great results
