Initial (first serving) Instructions:
To assess your individual tolerance to the supplement, combine 1/2 scoop of Green MAGnitude™ with 3-4 ounces of cold water and consume it before or after your workout. Shake well before drinking.
Directions for Usage: Combine 1 scoop Green MAGnitude™ with 6-8 ounces of water for a sweet/tart taste or 12-20 ounces of water for a more mild taste. Consume the entire shake pre-workout or half pre and half post-workout. For best results, Green MAGnitude™ should be used in combination with other Controlled Labs products, at least 1-2 gallons of water per day, a high protein/moderate carbohydrate diet.
Other Ingredients: Natural and Artificial Flavours and Colours, Malic Acid, Acesulfame Potassium, Silicon Dioxide, Sucralose Warning: You should not take this product if you have any prior medical condition, including diabetes of high blood pressure. Do not use this product within 3-4 hours of taking yohimbe. Consult your doctor before using this product. Do not take this product with MAOI drugs. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. I stack this along with White flood and Purple Wraath and wow! I can really feel the diffrence.

This is an excellent creatine product, it can be taken before or after workouts and is definitely a step up from regular creatine mono. It can be mixed with white flood pre workout since white flood doesn't have creatine, and the green apple mixed with fruit punch is amazing. This creatine produces great results without the bloating that some creatine gives.
