Take 4 capsules (average dose) on the evening of day 1, then take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening on days 2 through 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. If stools become watery, stop taking until stool solidifies and restart with 1-2 capsules. If not having at least one bowel movement per day, take up to 8 capsules per dose until regular. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days unless directed by a doctor.

The product was low quality and smells really bad. Did not see any benefit.
Ridiculously bad customer service. Ordered and requested over night delivery. Did not receive the product for 6 days!!! when i contacted customer service they were rude and hid behind obscure, small print disclosures. Was not willing to work with customer!

Says there are no side effects but...within hours I was on the toilet all day. Yesterday I counted....9 times going #2 and 16 times #1. Going #2 was painful. It was green and stringy and pure liquid. Burned on the way out. Yes, that's a side effect, but lost 9 lbs in four days with same food intake and level of exercise. Might not do it again but in the end, happy with results.

I felt this product working the first day I took it because I felt sluggish and off balanced before. By the middle of the night I felt light,I was more focused and energized and my entire body was tingling with a fresh clean feeling. I don't like that it makes you really go, but hey!why complain if you want this nasty stuff out of your system.

This product somewhat worked as decribed... it makes you 'go', but its very uncomfortable and did not produce any of the positive results that were promised when I made the purchase. I also experienced, most of the side effects that they claimed would not happen. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and less that productive experience. I will not buy this again.
