Take 4 capsules (average dose) on the evening of day 1, then take 4 capsules in the morning and 4 in the evening on days 2 through 7. Drink 8-10 glasses of water per day. If stools become watery, stop taking until stool solidifies and restart with 1-2 capsules. If not having at least one bowel movement per day, take up to 8 capsules per dose until regular. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days unless directed by a doctor.

I used this product for ten days. Just for a little detox I didnt change my diet and worked out as usual. I gained 4 pounds.. I am 121 lb and did this for a detox not to lose weight or anything just maintain. A whole week of having the runs and woke up like at 1 am in the morning a couple times and had to run to the bathroom..Waste of my time and money. The only positive was that i didnt feel bloated and my stomach seemed flat even after meals.

I started this product yesterday with the hopes to help me rid my body of toxins & useless waste. This is day 2 so I'm giving my beginners opinion. I will do a follow up review after I complete all 7 days.
I have to say so far this product works. I've only taken 8 pills (4 last night & 4 this morning) and I've gone to the bathroom for bowel movements mulitple times.
Yes, it has curbed my appetite, I love to snack all day at work & today I just dont feel the urge to snack. Must be all the water you drink with this product.
No I dont not feel a boost of energy.

I don't usually write reviews, but I am in love with this product. I can't say it made me lose weight as I was dieting at the time, but it really helped me feel lighter and flattened my stomach. After doing 2 separate rounds I feel healthier and have a more regular system, which has never happened for me. The key to this product being affective is taking the labeled dosage and drinking the needed water. The water is the key. There were a few times that I had to run to the bathroom, but nothing that would make me say not to use this product. I plan to go another round after my vacation to kick start me back into a diet routine.

This product did not work AT ALL for me. I started taking it because my husband bought it and boy did it clean him out good. Stuff that he never imagined came out he said and he lost weight, so I thought "hmmm ok I'll try it too" Bought myself a bottle and I just finished the bottle two days ago and It didn't do a thing to me. I even took some of his (the male formula) and still nothing.

I used this product exactly according to the instructions. IT DOES NOT WORK OR EVEN COME REMOTELY CLOSE TO ITS DESCRIPTION. All this prodcut does is give you random stomach pains and diarrhea, that's about it. I'm not sure what others are talking about or why it has such a high rating. DO NOT BUY THIS, save your money and buy psyllium powder and some bluberries and call it a day.

I used this product several times and find it very effective. I use about every few months, not only does it help if you suffer from chronic constipation like myself, but I found it to clear up my skin from my excema, but also I suffer from chronic SI problems my nasal passages and lungs feel like they get cleared out and loosend phlem with this product. One more thing I recommend for ladys who suffer from PCOS I noticed a few times after taking cleanse and being late for menstral it seems to helps me start. I highy recommend and find this product a wonderful whole body cleanse.

After completing a 40 day fast from eating meat, I wanted to cleanse my system of all the fish and seafood I ate in that timeframe. Great. My energy level was a bit low, but it accomplished what I needed.
