This product is insane for pumps. once you find your sweet spot for dosing with/before carbohydrates the pumps and energy become crazy. most people are looking for that crazy over the top stimulant high, but with this product a person that is well intuned with their body can notice results within the first 2 doses. I used for the first time with my rpm which i use all the time and a sample of NOuptake some appnut reps sent me about halfway through my bottle. i also use whey when i can

Really good product, helps your body use carbs. I haven't found a better product for pump and muscle fullness. Takes some getting used to to time it out before a carb meal and workout.... but once you do lookout this stuff is great!

i had to experiment with the dosage at first, and ended up completely ignoring the dosing on the bottle. i weigh 185 and took 6 before each workout and it gave me amazing pumps and endurance. it nearly doubled my workout capacity and has increased my strength. it's not a bad supplement you just have to determine your own dosage.
