This is a very cost effective product. It mixes well with coffee for a preworkout boost to power through weights or HIT cardio. Load up the first five days then use before/after workouts. Definitely increased my reps, weight, and resistance/endurance on stair stepper/arc trainer. No side effects. I mix it after workout in my protein in a shaker. Mixes well, no aftertaste. More definition in my physique. Was able to break through a plateau by going without creatine for four weeks then loading back with it. Dropped from 11% to 9% body fat in two weeks. This is a great product from GNC.

    Well I've only been taking this product for 2 weeks now. Not too sure if thats enough time to see results. Its definitely not for those with weak stomachs and it does not absorb well at all, only in hot beverages. I am pretty active and go to the gym at least 3 to 4 times a week. Thinking I may try another product.

        Don't load just take 5g a day for a week with juice.
        when a creatine works you should notice it in 2weeks or less. I only take it when I workout. For me I noticed gains in 1 week. Drink lots of water when on creatine its important for it to work.
