I started noticing the effects of this product after about a week, my recovery times were way down, and I was making gains a lot quicker. My gains weren't through the roof, this isn't a ph or steroid, but there was deff a difference. I noticed even more when i stopped taking this i was sore longer, and my joints started hurting a bit more, the cissus in there really helps.
