so jack3d is probably the best PWO supplement on the market. But the one thing i lacked were pumps during a 45min-1hour workout (near the end). nytric efx pro gave me more than an xtra edge. i was lifting more weights than usual despite how much sweat-burning pain i was goin' through. there's a reason why FLEX WHEELER uses this prouduct! :)
