I started taking this because my Doctor recommended it. I have fibromyalgia and there are times when I am so fatigued I find it difficult just to make it through the day. Ribose has helped me get that extra boost that I need. It tastes good with just water - it has a sweet taste. I also like to sprinkle it on oatmeal instead of sugar at breakfast. I have fibromyaligia I read a book called From Fatigue to Fantastic that recommended d-ribose. It was so painful to walk 1st thing in the morning and the end of the day. I felt like I ran a marathon, because of the pain. I strongly recommend this product. I am virtually pain free.
