Depending on your body weight or athletic goals, you may not want to follow the directions on the bottle. For me, one serving (three capsules) before and after workouts is a little much. I took this when I weighed 150 lbs. and I saw just got the same effect with half that. Make sure you take them with carbohydrates to maximize absorption.

I use it as directed before and after my workout. It is in an easy to take capsule form. I've read it isn't very effective because it stabilizes fast in the stomach. I really haven't been on it long enough to know for sure if it works.
