I have been using SNI's BCAA Blast for about 6 weeks now. I use it 3 or 4 times a week after my workouts, and I have to say I really like it. Since I started using it I feel like I have more enrgy, less soreness, and less fatigue after working out. In my experience the one thing other than effectivenes that will get me to use a product or not is taste! The taste is awesome, and I am not even a big watermelon fan, but it mixes well with water and tastes like Kool Aid. Definitely worth a try.
