Hey we all know the main purpose of taking Glutamine at this point right? It is supposed to help increase your body's production of Growth Hormone. This is excellent for recovery and adding lean muscle mass. I gave this a try for 2 reasons 1. I used SNI's BCAA Blast and loved it! So I figured I would give them another shot.
2. I don't remember ever seeing Glutamine in a capsule, which was great cause I can't stand taking it in the powder form. Definitely saw improvement in lean mass, and recovery...I was taking 6 caps a day. On workout days I would take 2 before, 2 after training, and 2 before bed. Non workout days . I would take 3 around lunchtime and 3 before bed. I have used other glutamines in the past, and SNI's was just as good, just a lot cheaper, and more convenient...I am really starting to like this brand.Displaying reviews 1-4
