Yes, this means NO FOOD-- I am doing the LEMONADE CLEANSE by Stanley Burroughs. I figured it out that in order to detoxify the body thoroughly you have to cleanse each major organ by ELIMINATING WASTE-- that means a combination of LOTS OF WATER, HERBAL TEAS, THE LEMONADE CLEANSE or SIMPLE WATER FAST and MILD EXERCISE to ACCOMPLISH WEIGHT LOSS, CLEARER SKIN & OPTIMUM HEALTH!!! I took it after meals for three days and had to stop. At first I figured it was because my body wasn't use to being "helped out" so I gave it time. This product gave me the worst abdominal pain-not even craps get that bad! The only good thing about it was that it did work, the pain was just not worth it.

Like everyone else who has tried this product I am ridiculously irregular! I've tried everything under the sun, I've been to numerous doctors and nothing has helped me like this product has!
