I have a history of being healthy and in good shape, but since I've been busy getting my master's degree I've been slacking. I decided to do a cleanse to get a jump start to getting back in shape. I'm not overweight, just looking to lose 10-12 lbs. The program comes with a meal plan. I did not follow this plan, but I followed the "what to eat/what not to eat suggestions." I made a shake in the morning with the fiber packet: with 4 pieces of ice, 1 banana, water and a splash of oj. Try to take the morning pills at the beginning of the shake because they do taste gross. They leave a bad after taste in your mouth, and it felt like I ate a piece of onion and garlic (gross, but worth it in the end). I ate a few almonds and popped a piece of gum to get rid of the taste. During the day and for dinner I ate fruit, grilled chicken, fish, salad, and/or veggies. Then I took the night pills, which did not taste quite as bad. I did not eat after 9:30 pm, only drank water, and stayed away from carbs. I did get some stomach cramps, but it was bearable. Yes you have to use the bathroom (#2) more then normally, but you know when it's coming. I'm not sure how much weight I lost from the cleanse because I did not weigh myself before, but I'm thinking around 10 lbs (from 163 in the beginning of september - 145 after the cleanse). My sister saw me for the first time in 3 weeks and the first thing she said was that I look so skinny. I am going to continue eating good and following the program suggestions of how to eat. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to "clean out" their system.

I found this product to be very effective. I've never had "regular" bowel movements and needed something to help cleanse my system. It wasn't harsh and I didn't have the urgency to go. I didn't follow the diet they prescribed but was more conscious of what I was eating.

I would recommend and use again.

This is my third time to use the product. I always feel more youthful and energetic, usually before the end of the 7 days. I'm lighter and my stomach bloat is greatly diminished. No negative side effects at all. I even sleep better when using this product. I will keep using periodically--wouldn't mind if it could always be part of my daily regimen.

I just got done with the GNC Complete Body Cleansing Program. Well, almost. I was doing fine. No pain, no having to rush to the bathroom. Just a nice gentle cleanse. Till day 6. I wound up in the hospital with excrutiating stomach pains. Now I have to eat toast, crackers, broth, water and tea for a few days. It was explained to me that our bodies are programmed to cleanse themselves and all these cleansers are gimmicks. After spending the day in the emergency room and two doses of morphine for the pain, I think I'll just let my body do it. I had used the program to jump start my new better eating rigimine.

I am a first time user and had felt nothing on day 1, on day 2, i had some stomach cramps at night, day 3 i had severe stomach cramps i had to stop taking the cleanse. Cramps continued to day 4 with dehydration though i had stopped it.
If this product worked for some people it didnt for me and i wont recommend it to a friend
