Macular Degeneration

Schizophrenia and Sleep Disturbances

              There isn't a melatonin on the market that works better. We tried them all even in higher doses. It works quickly with no drowsiness the next morning. Amazing. If only everyone knew!

                I take my Melatonin every night before bed. The taste is actually very pleasant and the tablet dissolves quickly. I've notice a slight change in my sleeping where I wake up in the morning feeling a bit more refreshed than before the Melatonin but I can't say the results are outstanding. I'm going to continue to take this until I finish the box and will then know if the results are worth it. I'd definitely recommend trying this product.

                        Zip melts are definitely the most effective sleep aid. By zip melts, I'm referring to any of the melatonin products you dissolve in your mouth.

                        Tested this alongside 5mg GNC melatonin. Noticed nothing with the GNC pill.

                        No grogginess in the morning with a good 7 hrs rest.

                        This product is very affective, however it takes awhile to dissolve, 8 minutes for me so it is very hard not to swallow before it is all dissolved. I love the mint flavor!!! I take it at least 2 hours before bed.

                          Great alternative to prescribed sleep medications. I take about 30 minutes before bed and fall asleep quickly. I still wakeup in the middle of the night but, unlike before, I fall back to sleep quickly.
