Ok first off the other review is awful. Prolly some kid in his basement. I sturted on elite protein about 2 months ago and have had great results. Along with my no2 vapor from muscle tech ive added 5 lbs of muscle mass. Bottom line its i high quality protein that will work wonders for any serious lifter or runner.

i have tried this product thee times today. On the first two I noticed some type of stimulation but, was not sure if it was my imagination. However, I had another scoop around 11pm instead of some bad snakes sitting in my kitchen. Then I went to bed. It is now 12:15 and I am quite sure this product has some type of stimulant in it. Sleep will not be coming for a few hours. If you don't want your protein with stimulants, don't buy this product.
