Rice protein is extracted from rice and used in some protein supplements. It's amazing. Best protein I've tasted so far, and I have tried a substantial amount. I use this as a meal replacement also when I am on the go. I use a mini blender and mix this protein w/ unsweetened coconut milk, cinnamon, and oatmeal and it's delicious and satisfying.
