My aunt had bought this for me to try because my daughter has medical conditions and is very hyper around bed time and told me to give her a low dose and see if it helps her fall asleep because she also gives it to my cousin who has autism and said it worked well for him and now she does not have to give it to him. We have 3 autistic children ages 6, 5, and 3. We have the worst problem with uncontrollable hyperness that can last till 12am-3am, you just never know. This product is safe, has been recommended by at least 20 medical professionals to use for the kids when needed. Sometimes a little morning grogginess, but that's also from not enough sleep too. Son is very picky about taste to a fault, and he WILL take this product from the dropper with no fighting. Slight sweet taste but nothing else. Kudos, thank you!

I read the excellent reviews and after trying Melatonin tablets and not being able to sleep well, I decided to try this... Just my luck, it made me sleepy the first night, not sleepy enough to knock out but sleepy enough to get some rest... 2nd night, helped me fall asleep but was awake 2 hours later, took another dose after 30 mins of being awake and it did not work... I'm jealous the previous reviewers get better results than I do :(

I have been a life long insomniac so falling asleep is always a battle for me. I don't like taking Tylonel PM or prescribed sleep medications because of real and/or potential side effects. Melatonin sublingual pills work, but not always.
This product has never failed me! I squeeze two droppers of Sleep Soundly under my tongue and within 15 minutes I am nodding off.
If I awaken during the night, I squeeze another dropper, go to sleep again and still don't get that awful 'hangover' feel like some products.Pros

Our doctor prescribed melatonin to our daughter who has trouble sleeping. She could stay up until after midnight every night if she didn't have melatonin. We put 2.5 in a drink and she drinks it about 30 min before bedtime. It works fine and she is rested and ready to go in the mornings. We had 6 years of very few hours sleep until our doctor told us about melatonin.

I have many problems sleeping -- getting to sleep and staying asleep. I'm not sure how much I've used this stuff without the aid of something else (advil pm, ambien, etc), but I can tell you that it seems to make me sleep better, longer. I used pill form a while back, and that didn't do anything. With the liquid form, though, I can take it and seem to be ready for sleep very quickly.
