this product made my hair so oily. i washed my hair in the am and by 4pm my scalp was really oily. i did not see a change in the thickness of my hair either. but gnc will refund your money if your not happy. i wish it would have worked like others that have left good feedback.

This shampoo and conditioner is AMAZING! Smells nice, not overwhelming, but you can smell it! My hair is thinning due to PCOS, and I've been using this shampoo daily for 2 weeks, and my hair is looking fuller and feeling fuller. It is falling out much less...no more clogged drains...which would happen literally after two showers! I've tried this shampoo and another brand, and this is the one I am going to stick with! I don't like using the little serum that comes with it, so from now on I will just buy the shampoo and conditioner! So happy that I found this!

This system is AWESOME! I was a little concerned that Phase III would leave my hair sticky and weighed down, however, it is completely weightless! It melts into your hair and scalp. i put a black rinse in my hair a couple months ago, and since then, my hair has been like straw after I blowdry. This time, I washed with Prell shampoo to try and strip the color, and then I used this system. My hair felt like silk after I blowdried it. The conditioner is very moisturizing and also has a silkening affect, because I was able to comb through my curly hair while it was wet. Also, I didn't need to use my deep conditioner that I use with my usual products. My hair felt so good, I couldn't believe it! I have officially found a new favorite, and will continue to use. BTW, I am African American. I don't believe in that curl pattern/texture/type system, so I won't even bother to try and classify my hair.

I have been using this product for about a month and 1/2. It really made a major difference in the ability to mange my hair. I am African American,with very thick, coarse, medium length hair. Before this product I tried several different brands for ethnic hair that DIDNOT work, but this product has given me great result.

These products are not 100% natural which makes them really good!! (because normally 100% natural leaves hair not clean and they don't have any smell... so i was expecting something gross..). These products, actually, smell good, feel good on hair, and the shampoo actually makes bubbles ^.^!!
My favorite is the shampoo. It's very soothing; it leaves hair soft.
The emulsion is not bad, it gives a kick to the hair. BUT! The conditioner... was a little disappointing )): I had to mix it with my old conditioner; it is not hydrating enough. For normal hair, I imagine it will be fine... Mine is curly and color treated.Pros

Bought this product looking for help to stop hair loss. After second use i see less hair falling off my head; i also feel it and see it stronger.
Smells good, clean and fresh. And hair combs easily after conditioning.
Almost a month of use and i see great results. My hair is not falling as much as before; so much improvement.
