I ordered this once before and it was thick, smelled pretty nice, not amazing, but overall nice, and really worked well. This time, it was a different color, smelled awful, very thin, and simply isn't the same product. I didn't keep the packing receipt because who thinks they are going to have a problem with conditioner that they regularly use? I contacted GNC and I cannot return the item. I will not use it, the scent alone is so harsh that I refuse to use it in my hair...I will no longer order anything from GNC. I wish I could rate it zero stars!

I bought this product in an attempt to find a brand of shampoo that makes my dry hair feel soft and manageable without greasing it down. Since my hair is very fine its a difficult task as most products are "too heavy" and it looks like I havent washed it at all. The Mill Creek set of shampoo, condition and scalp emultion makes my hair feel silky soft without weighing it down and I actually believe it even looks fuller. Go figure! A product that works! Will definitely buy again and again.
