I started using BCAAs a few months ago and immediately notice my muscles becoming harder and I began leaning out quicker. I weight lift 3x a week, do cardio 3-4x a weel & do yoga 1x a week. The problem with the old BCAA powder I was using was that it tasted aweful. These pills are insanely delicious. Seriously "addictively sweet" like the label says. Taste like sour sweet-tarts!!
