I put it on after dinner. Sometimes Im working out and other times Im just on the computer. Either way it works. I definitly love this product. I would say the only thing bad about this product is that you have to buy more pads and often.

Worked great, about 5 times. Then the poorly designed contacts gave out and it never worked again, when I contacted slendertones "customer service" I was told I would have to buy a new control unit! This is a rip off waiting to happen DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!

This is definitely an outstanding product!
At first I was a bit skeptical about it, but I've been using it for about 3 weeks now, and can now start seeing the results. I usually manage to use it about 4-5 times a week.

My abs are sore the next day, so that tells me that they are getting worked out. I've also recently picked up running, and having a stronger core has definitely made a positive impact on my running abilities as well.

Don't be unrealistic about this product! If you want to have a six-pack, you have to eat well and exercise. However, if you work out and eat balanced meals and are struggling to get a six pack, or a stronger/more toned stomach, then Slendertone can definitely help you getting to the next level. I also think it's a great product to have even if you don't ever go to the gym. Having a stronger core will help you achieve better posture, have more energy, and if you ever decided to work out, it will allow you to have better work out sessions.

Hands down, I would buy this product again. so its definitely worth the investment. Battery lasts a LONG time, and it only takes me 1 minute to get it started.

Im a some what of a little guy. So you would think that I have a six pick wrong. This belt help me turn that little layer of skin into a nice tight six pick. O yea and I didnt have to do a thing go to work,lay down, and walk cant get any easyer. Thank you slendertone for my sexy six pack.

this is the worst equip i ever tried.....i had to stop using this electrical belt because as soon as am finish using it any and everything i touch shocked me
