I used this product for about a month now after a recomendation from my buddy who is a bodybuilder. He had told me that it is possible that it will put on about 10 pounds. Since taking this product in a little under a month i have succesfully put on 20 pounds of muscle. I will continue to use this product during my bulking stages.

I have looked around the internet but have not found a lot of information about athletes that use this product during practices and training, and certainly not anything regarding swimmers. I use this product during my high school swimming workouts and races. I have been constantly looking for a product that is going to actually increase my muscle mass, and not something like creatine that just puts water into muscles. I found this product after visiting the GNC store and being given several options, and Prime looked like it would do what I needed: to build muscle.
Simply put, after first taking this product, I noticed that I had increased energy, faster recovery time in the pool, and my muscles appeared bigger and denser. I do recommend taking 9 pills a day instead of the 6-8 recommended by the company. I started out just taking 6 but saw much more drastic differences when I started taking 9 (2 breakfast, 2 lunch, 3 pre-workout, 2 dinner). Since beginning taking this product I have gained about 10lbs and become a much stronger swimmer.
I just ordered my second bottle of Prime, and I am excited to try out this product when I begin lifting in the spring. Overall I highly recommend this supplement to anyone that is looking to gain muscle mass, that is about the extent of the use of this product.- Age:

Check the capsules. Out of 75 caps that I checked out of 150. 15 where 1/2 filled. 2 where broken with no product in the container. The other 58 where solid as a rock with the product. Very disapointed with the packageing.I feel ripped off.
