High Bifido One-a-Day Probiotic
Bifidobacteria is the most prevalent good bacteria in a healthy large intestine (colon). Lactobacillus acidophilus is the most prevalent good bacteria in the small intestine. Factors such as age, antibiotic use and poor diet can reduce the number of these beneficial bacteria.

My husband was diagnosed at 34 years old with colon cancer. After his colon resection and chemo, he began taking this upon a recommendation from his doctor. He took it for a while, then quit. After many months of bloating, irregularity, and gas, (and alot of nagging from me), he began taking it again. He TOTALLY gets it now ! His stomach feels "normal" as he describes it, while taking this product. He did try some of the less potent probitics; however, the 50 billion flora, BY FAR, has worked tremendously....and no more nagging from the wife !

I started taking this product about 3 months ago. I use to suffer from intestinal discomfort after eating certain foods. The discomfort literrally left within a day or two of using this product. I now take it daily. Other pro-biotics that I tried did nothing for the discomfort...this one did. I ordered this from GNC on a Monday..standard delivery...I received it 2 days later. I got it for $15 less per bottle on this website as compared to a herb store here in town. Impressive GNC!

I have tried several probiotic supplements and this, by far, is the most effective. I take one capsule at night and once-in-a-while I will also take a capsule in the morning.
