Health Notes

Pain

Pain
  • Reliable and relatively consistent scientific data showing a substantial health benefit.
  • Contradictory, insufficient, or preliminary studies suggesting a health benefit or minimal health benefit.
  • For an herb, supported by traditional use but minimal or no scientific evidence. For a supplement, little scientific support.

Our proprietary "Star-Rating" system was developed to help you easily understand the amount of scientific support behind each supplement in relation to a specific health condition. While there is no way to predict whether a vitamin, mineral, or herb will successfully treat or prevent associated health conditions, our unique ratings tell you how well these supplements are understood by some in the medical community, and whether studies have found them to be effective for other people.

For over a decade, our team has combed through thousands of research articles published in reputable journals. To help you make educated decisions, and to better understand controversial or confusing supplements, our medical experts have digested the science into these three easy-to-follow ratings. We hope this provides you with a helpful resource to make informed decisions towards your health and well-being.

About This Condition

Pain is a sensation that is transmitted from an area of tissue damage or stress along the sensory nerves to the brain. The brain interprets the information as the sensation of pain.

Substances that decrease pain either interfere with the ability of nerves to conduct messages, or alter the brain's capacity to receive sensations.

Pain may be a symptom of an underlying pathological condition, such as inflammation. It may also be due to other causes, such as bruising, infection, burns, headaches, and sprains and strains. Use caution when treating pain without understanding its cause-this may delay diagnosis of conditions that could continue to worsen without medical attention.

My husband has had problems with back and neck pain for years. Nothing seemed to help. This product relieves his symptoms fast. It doesn't smell, it just quietly goes to work and the next thing you know the pain has just disappeared. It is a fabulous product!!

I bought this product as an alternative to asprecream OTC. This product is not as effective as I thought it would. I would not buy this product again. Still looking for that right product.

Comments about Peaceful Mountain® Back & Neck Rescue™:

This is the BEST product I have ever used for neck & back pain ever! It works in minutes of application & lasts for hours & hours. No odor, no burning, just pure relief!
Try it - you won't ever use anything else again! Because nothing else works like it. You don't need a lot of it to do the job. This co. is genius in their ability to combine the arnica and particular herbs for each product blend - because each product DOES what it says it DOES. This really relieves neck & back pain!! I also but the Joint Rescue and alas, it does the trick for my joints like you wouldn't believe too!

Comments about Peaceful Mountain® Back & Neck Rescue™:

I arrived home after being at an event that required me to sit for a long time. My low back & hips were in agony! When I got home by Peaceful Mountain Back & Neck Rescue had been delivered. I opened it up & rubbed it right on my lower back & hips. Within 5-10 minutes ALL the pain was COMPLETELY GONE and stayed away for the entire night! I was amazed! Without it, I would have had to take a strong narcotic pain med., a hot shower/bath, use a Ben-Gay, Icy Hot, Tiger Balm, etc., etc. And it would have taken a lot longer than 5-10 mins. for relief to begin, and would have only lasted a few hours at best. Plus the smell & burning skin sensation. I will never be without this stuff! Plus, I can use it in public & not smell! It's all herbal and natural. Try it - you will be stunned - and happy you did!
