Some reviewers say this tastes bad. Well news alert, all protein shots taste funky. This one is no different than any I've ever had an honestly isn't as bad as some I've had. It is loaded with protein, 45g. It also has Nitric Oxide in it. Tastes a lot better than BetaNox and you don't have to take a protein shot with a NO shot. High value. You can't go wrong with this. I get great results and muscle pumps that I don't get without taking it. I'd save for the gym.

Ok. This is a protein SHOT. You're going to need a chaser! This is a very efficient way to get 45g of protein -- small, cheap and with almost the bare-minimum of calories (45g*4Cal/g for protein=180 Cal and this contains 212 Cal total, which is awesome). At [$] per 12-pack, that's [$] per shot. Be forewarned: it does not taste good. Not at all. It tastes awful. You're making a trade-off for efficiency. It's a good trade in my mind.

I just had weight loss surgery and needed to get my protein in before my workouts. Tried the fruit punch, it taste absolutely nasty but it's just 3 or 4 sips of bad. At 42 grams of protein it's worth it.

Overall the product is good. It is a small drink (2-3 sips) and has a lot of protein. It is only 212 calories which is pretty good, but THE TASTE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. If you are fine with a little plug and chug then this is the product for you. Do not expect it to go down smoothly. overall, I recommend this product.
