Also, my gal has been using this product for the past few months. It has strengthened her hair and nails. And a side affect of plumping up her breasts has been noticed. You can see the differance to your skin just after few days of using.You will start looking younger and fresher.However after two months of using your sking goes to "normal" condition.Have a brake for few weeks and repeat treatment.The better brand is japanees brand and in liquid but also more expensive.
