I have found that the combination of this (valerian root), passionflower and ginseng, all Nature's Answer liquid products are the answer to caffiene jitters and if I wake up in the night it will calm me down enough to go back to sleep. The combo is better than any sleep aid, no after effects. Taste, well.. put the dropperfulls in a shot of V8. This is all good.
