Rice protein is extracted from rice and used in some protein supplements. After reading the label of this product i thought i'd give it a try. its gluten free, low in calories and has 25 grams of protein per scoop! i tried the cookies and cream and it is SO GOOD! my boyfriend and i feel it has worked very well as a post workout protein in helping with recovery ( we think because its a casien/whey blend, where we used to just take a whey post workout). i usually mix it with skim milk but its still delicious with just water! i highly recommend this product!
