FASTER: Mix 1 scoop (30 grams) of Ultimate Nutrition Prostar 100% Whey Protein into 8oz of water or milk in a shaker cup. Shake for 25-30 seconds.

I am a big fan of anything mocha and was hoping that this was going to be a great-tasting whey- I was wrong! The taste is indescribably disgusting! It almost had a smoke taste to it- I contacted Ultimate Nutrition, as it may have just been a "bad batch" hopefully. So far, Tapout has the best tasting whey protein.
