Great product but you really dont neeed protien powder. Its a suppliment so if you need an easy way to get more grams good if not eat lots of meat and save your money. Gotta get it on sale too, ebay is good source.

I started taking this 3 months ago and now it's a must have for me. I am never sore after workouts and compared to the MuscleTech protein I was using it is a lot better. It's a bit pricey but it is definitely worth it. I have also improved my bench from 250 to 320 since I've been taking it.

Ive been sore training my muscles on thursday. So I ask my gym coach which protein is good for building muscle. He told me to get syntha 6. after 2 days of eating proteins eggs, milk, noodles, chicken, tuna, sphagetti and getting lots of rest. My muscles were still sore. So on sunday I bought this product. Took it then went to sleep. In 3-4 hours I woke up and the pain was gone.
This is by far the best protein Ive tried. I recommend this for skinny people who is trying to build muscle. Keep from getting much weight much.Pros

This is the best tasting, best mixing protein I've ever used. I've tried a lot of different brands and this is by far the best tasting and also mixes well with water without leaving lumps. Mixes with just a spoon.
