Obesity
Dose: 3.2 to 4.2 grams dailyA double-blind trial found that exercising individuals taking 1,800 mg per day of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) lost more body fat after 12 weeks than did a similar group taking a placebo.1 However, two other studies found that amounts of CLA from 0.7 to 3.0 grams per day did not affect body composition.2, 3 Most double-blind trials have found that larger amounts of CLA, 3.2 to 4.2 grams per day, do reduce body fat;4, 5, 6, 7 however, one double-blind study of experienced strength-training athletes reported no effect of 6 grams per day of CLA on body fat, muscle mass, or strength improvement.8

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a slightly altered form of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. Animal research suggests an effect of CLA supplementation on reducing body fat.1, 2 Controlled human research has reported that 5.6 to 7.2 grams per day of CLA produces only non-significant gains in muscle size and strength in experienced and inexperienced weight-training men.3, 4, 5 A double-blind study of a group of trained men and women reported reduced body fat in the upper arm after 12 weeks of supplementation with 1.8 grams per day of CLA.6 Further research using more accurate techniques for measuring body composition is needed to confirm these findings.

I took this product about a year ago and I have seen amazing results. I used to weigh 310lbs. Now im down to 207lbs and gained muscle and I have begun to look a lot leaner. Each pack has 9 pills. You take one in the morning and the other 4-6hrs later. It's a lot of pills but, it works wonders. Sometimes I choose to take out the red pill because it has 750mg of caffeine. In a day that's 1500mg. That's a lot of caffeine. If you're not used to taking so much caffeine then I would recommend taking it out. Overall this is an amazing prodct. I like the fact that it has estrogen blockers, so I naturally raise testosterone. It's a bit expensive but, totally worth it.

    hey my name is carmine i just started using animal cuts its been about 3 days now i was 275lbs and i went down to 200 lbs naturaly on my own threw diet and excersise but i am trying to join the military and i need to loose an extra 20 lbs which i have been having an extremely hard time breaking the 200 mark on my own so im hoping this will help i belive in universal nutrtion products and ive heard lots of good things theres really nothing bad i could say about this product it just sucks takeing so many pills one thing i have noticed is about an hour latter after you take it its like you get this wierd feeling that starts in the front of your stomach then goes to your love handels then goes to your back i wouldnt call it a bad side effect or anything hopefully that just means its attacking fat from all the major areas of my body and its working like its sopose to hopefully it works will see what happens i hope this review helps and like i said you definitely feel it 100%

        The problem with this supplement for thermogenics is that weakness of the energy. It does flushing a user's system while on Cuts but the feeling of energy lasts about 20 minutes before tired feeling sets in.

            Honestly, among various products I've tried by Universal Nutrition, the only one that has provided noticeable results is the Animal Pak. I believe the Animal Cuts and Animal Pump have not lived up to their presented benefits or value as a nutritional company. Unfortunately, I think the two products (Pump and Cuts) are overpriced, and I am not confident if the quality is honestly there or as they say... "proof is in the pudding"! In this case, I think not.

              This product works really well. I cant take hydroxycut and other fat burners cause i get all the bad side effects but no problems with this product. My biggest problem is portion control when trying to lose weight so it definitely controls my appetite. I followed the directions and take a pack in the morning about 30 mins before i eat breakfast and then after i workout and eat lunch so i last until dinner. I have a sensitive stomach that i cant take it before working out. I have lost 6lb in 3 weeks but it is just taking off my love handles and my stomach is looking great. Im in the 2nd month of insanity so i do a lot of cardio to help this product burn and take off fat.
