Take 2 packs a day for 3 straight weeks, 1 pack on waking & the other 4-6 hours later. Follow a 3 weeks “on”, 1 week “off” cycle. After the week off, you can run it again. The Thermogenic Complex is in the red capsule & the Diuretic Complex is in the blue capsules.

Honestly, among various products I've tried by Universal Nutrition, the only one that has provided noticeable results is the Animal Pak. I believe the Animal Cuts and Animal Pump have not lived up to their presented benefits or value as a nutritional company. Unfortunately, I think the two products (Pump and Cuts) are overpriced, and I am not confident if the quality is honestly there or as they say... "proof is in the pudding"! In this case, I think not.

This product works really well. I cant take hydroxycut and other fat burners cause i get all the bad side effects but no problems with this product. My biggest problem is portion control when trying to lose weight so it definitely controls my appetite. I followed the directions and take a pack in the morning about 30 mins before i eat breakfast and then after i workout and eat lunch so i last until dinner. I have a sensitive stomach that i cant take it before working out. I have lost 6lb in 3 weeks but it is just taking off my love handles and my stomach is looking great. Im in the 2nd month of insanity so i do a lot of cardio to help this product burn and take off fat.

I've always been hesitant to try thermogenics but opted to give this a shot after using several cans of the Animal Pack. I have been very impressed with this product. I never felt any increase in energy or heart rate which I see as a positive. I experienced no abnormal urinary or bowel movements. I simply watched a ton of weight start falling off when I added this to a solid diet and exercise program. 255lbs-217lbs from November-May.

Started staking Animal cuts w/Animal pak and after 3 weeks the results haven't been mind blowing. I've noticed a lot more muscle density and my abs have gotten stronger, but I was expecting more from Animal. I've tried Animal Test, M-Stak, Stak, and Nitro and each product had me feeling better and better with its use. Next month I plan on stacking another cycle of Cuts w/Animal Pak, Rage and PM, hopefully that stack will yield better results.
