This is by far one of the best energy shots I have ever had as far as effectiveness and taste. It gives you a smooth long lasting and focused type energy without the jittery feeling or crash. I recommend this for anyone who works a 9 to 5 and or going on long trips and need to stay up, yes truck drivers I am talking to you. Overall great product.
