I started using this product a little over a year ago!! it is part of my daily vitamin regimen which includes more than a handful each day! I was diagnosed with breast cancer two years ago caught early thank heavens! totally made me change my entire lifestyle! my surgeon has me on a ton of vitamins I added this one and I have never had more energy and I feel great!! This product is a MUST!! trust me you will notice a change within a week but especially in two!!!
