[2 stars] It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

I honestly didn't like this product at all. After trying it, I did feel a boost of energy. Actually, too much my heart was racing, and had shortness of breathe. After or even during every workout I took force factor, I ended up throwing it up. I now can't even look at the pill.

I saw great results through using Force Factor. I gained 6 lean punds of muscle and saw impressive increases in all of my lifts! Strength increase clearly visible, along with vascularity boost, quickened recovery time, and smooth, concentrated boosts of energy! Bench went up 45 pounds after two cycles! very impressed with the product, i would reccomend it to anyone looking to build hard, lean muscle, increase vascularity, and quicken recovery time in order to train hard through the whole week! Only problem was the value but with a Gold Card or other promo code, this should be a great buy!

I have tried many preworkout pills like AMP N.O. Maxertion,Cellucor NO3 Chrome, USPLabs Yok3d,MuscleTech Nanostim and AMP Endurance Vitapak. None of which can even compare to the energy boost, Pump, vaso dilation that I get from Force Factor. I'm not a little skinny dude with veins showing everywhere no matter what I do, so saying that this increases my vaso dialtion that much is pretty awesome to me. It makes them sore chest workout days a breeze. Def gonna keep buying this forsure. The only downfall is prolly the price but def look around for the best price. Gonna try the new BRX pre workout to stack with this very soon can't wait.

Take 2 when i wake up and 2 before i go to the weight room. I've been taking it in addition to C4 Extreme and other stimulants... This helps with muscle gain so much. two days before i started force factor my maximum squat was only 315, only 3 days after taking this i repped 315 in a set of 8 with no problem. this is a great product

I would take four in the morning and have to wait 30 min to eat and I would take four 30 min before workout. It works great but didnt like waiting 30 min before I could eat in the morning but overall great product.
